Areas of Expertise

Psychotherapy

At the core of my practice is Integrative Transactional Analysis (TA) — a framework that helps us understand the “why” behind how we think, feel, and relate to others. I like to think of it as a kind of life GPS. It helps individuals notice the emotional routes they tend to take (the ones that keep leading them in circles) and find new, more fulfilling directions forward. I also bring together Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural, and Mindfulness approaches . These are practical, evidence-based tools that help individuals make sense of stress, self-doubt, and the everyday overwhelm life can bring. I like to explore what’s driving life patterns, uncover the stories that shape choices, and explore how to respond differently, with more awareness, confidence, and self-compassion. I use a collaborative approach that meets individuals where they are.

My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity amid the noise, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and truly your own.

Research
Mental Health Program Development  & Clinical Psychology

With a PhD in Clinical Psychology, I am passionate about creating mental health solutions that actually work in real life. I bring together research, practical experience, and genuine human connection to design programs that make well-being support more accessible, relevant, and empowering.

My work focuses on translating science into tools and programs people can truly use—whether that’s through digital platforms, community initiatives, or evidence-based frameworks for organizations. I take a collaborative approach, listening carefully to people’s experiences and co-creating interventions that reflect their goals, strengths, and lived realities.

I’m especially interested in how we can make mental health support more inclusive and sustainable. That means designing strategies that not only address challenges but also build on resilience and community strengths. By combining data with real-world insight, I aim to create solutions that evolve with the people they serve—and that lead to lasting, positive change.

Global Mental health and Health Inequalities

I work at the intersection of mental health research and practice, focusing on how culture, ethnicity, and identity shape well-being. My experience spans eating disorders, body image, and common mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. I’m passionate about reducing mental health inequalities and understanding how systemic and cultural factors influence access to care. Through my work with organizations, communities, and individuals, I develop inclusive, culturally responsive strategies that reflect the realities of ethnically diverse populations. By embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into mental health programs, I aim to create spaces where everyone can access support, strengthen resilience, and thrive. My goal is to ensure that mental health initiatives are not only evidence-based, but also globally relevant, empowering, and rooted in real-world experience.
