My approach brings together Clinical Psychology, Integrative Transactional Analysis, CBT, Gestalt, and Mindfulness-based practices, blending scientific insight with a  compassionate touch. By looking beyond the surface, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape how you think, feel, and connect with others.

I work collaboratively, helping you uncover the “why” behind your struggles and discover practical ways to respond differently, with more clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. The goal isn’t perfection but progress, feeling more at home in yourself and more connected to the life you want to live.

We'll find a time that works for you and kick off this journey. We can meet weekly or set up a block of sessions—whatever fits your rhythm!

We will have online sessions via Zoom, making therapy sessions easy to fit into your life. So connect from home, work, or anywhere in the world.

After your free discovery consultation, sessions last 50 minutes and are priced at £35. Recognising that everyone’s circumstances are different, I offer a limited number of low-cost spaces and bundle options to help make therapy more accessible and sustainable.
